They provided a sample unit so we were able to check its suitability and quality prior to installation. Worst of of all, the units did not step down with the roof tiles thereby preserving the roof line and looked hammered on any old how.
And the fitter for some reason had used some white foam substance every now and again which oozed out of the gaps at the back. White foam with brown units. My wife and I still felt badly let down and it caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. We lost trust and confidence in this company and therefore cannot recommend them. Thank you for the review. We are happy we rectified the job in the end.
We quickly recognised this and sent a different fitter to complete the job in Burbage. This was all rectified to your satisfaction and the invoice was paid in full with thanks.
